Finding Form Pilates offers private sessions taught by Megan Johnson from her studio in Sewickley, PA. Megan’s goal is to help her clients achieve improved functional movement patterns, enabling them to experience more comfort, ease, and efficiency in their everyday lives.  Personalized sessions incorporate a combination of conscious breath and muscle release work to help calm the nervous system, with exercises that aim to improve mobility, stability, and strength.  The studio is equipped with a Balanced Body Reformer, Tower, and Chair.
